This West LA hillside home had a sagging, heavy wood door original to the 1970s build, straining an undersized opener.
We installed a lighter insulated steel door, re-sized the springs to match, and confirmed the existing opener could handle the new weight. Old door removed and recycled.
Better insulation, smoother operation, and an opener no longer fighting the door.
